"John, I am terribly sorry to hear about this experience and have looked into this issue internally to see what happened. We never want our customers to have anything other than an excellent interaction with our office. While I am not able to get into specific details of your account on a public platform, I can tell you that there can be delays on the online portal and it may not always be as current as the information in our system. The due date and amounts my staff gave you are correct. Unfortunately, we do not have control at the office level of how quickly it updates online. I do know that State Farm has a new system they've launched in other states where it updates the same day online. We are supposed to have that system launch in Texas later this year. Due to the volume of State Farm's database, it does take time to migrate to new systems, and they do not want to risk any customer information being compromised. I can assure you though that it is a huge priority for corporate and has been in the works for quite some time. You requested my staff send you the regional office phone number for you to speak to someone else about this issue and that is the number that was sent. I have addressed this with my staff and used this as a training opportunity. I should have been alerted of the issue first, before anyone sent you to corporate. I would have been happy to call and discuss with you to better explain what was happening, rather than you spend valuable time on hold or getting shuffled around. For that, I am extremely sorry.
