I began in the insurance industry in Chattanooga, Tennessee where I lived for 25 years, blessed, raising two of the most wonderful humans I know; Kyndall & Taylor. I moved back to my home state of Texas in 2019 and joined Robyn’s team. Enjoying getting up and going to work every day with a great team is a privilege! I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health. I truly enjoy providing our policyholders with excellent customer service and going above and beyond their expectations. Hi there, I am Diana. I'm bilingual and am proud to be a part of such a great company since 2008. My goal after each conversation is for our State Farm customers to have a better understanding of their insurance needs. I was born and raised in Texas. In my free time I love to spend time with my husband & our three sons. Outdoor activities are my favorite.

My name is Reba Valdez and I worked in the Commercial Insurance industry for 45+ years. I currently provide service to our customers in Robyn Holtz’s State Farm office . I love helping others and want our customers to have the most wonderful experience.

I started working for Robyn Holtz State Farm in 2016, but moved out of state with my husband & children. I have lived in Oregon, Colorado & most importantly Texas. I am happy to be back in the great state of Texas and to be a part of the Robyn Holtz Team once again. I bring 20+ years of State Farm experience along with a happy personality, quick wit & pride in taking care of our policyholders with the exceptional customer service they deserve. My name is Shaffer and I recently relocated to Texas from Illinois. I have been in the insurance and financial industry since 2016, and got into this business because of my passion to help and build relationships with people. I am a big movie buff, when I am not working I am usually watching a movie or reading.

I was born and raised in Bloomington, IL., where the company was founded. I went to Illinois State University and competed at the Division 1 level for the swimming and diving program. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, watching sports, and playing with my puppy! I love working for this company and especially enjoy working at the Holtz Agency.

I grew up in The Colony and attended The Colony High School. When I graduated high school, I went to play college baseball in Tennessee as well as get my degree in Real Estate. Shortly after I finished my freshman year, I decided to come back to the DFW area and finish school at the University of Texas at Dallas. I found myself searching for a job and after a recommendation from an old teacher, I landed here and have not looked back since.

I'm from California. Growing up, I spent summers visiting family in Peru. At 17, I lived for a year in Italy as a foreign exchange student. At 23, I joined the military stationed in South Padre, where I met my husband who was also stationed there. We were transferred to Seattle and when enlistment was up in 2014, we moved to The Colony to be near his family. We have a wonderful son. I graduated from Dallas Baptist University 2021. I also speak Spanish.

I was born and raised in Bloomington, IL where I currently live. In my free time I enjoy watching my son play baseball and basketball, as well as my daughter play basketball and dance. Outside of work, you can catch me at any sporting event. I started working for the Holtz Agency in 2023 and absolutely love it.

My real name is Gabriela, but I like to go by Gabby. I was raised in Carrollton and I have lived there ever since. I am Bilingual! This is my first time working for an insurance company and I am so glad it is with State Farm. I can’t wait to see all the accomplishments I achieve. I enjoy working out, going on walks, spending time with my family, and shopping.

I started my journey with the team in 2018 and have aspired to open my own office since day one. I have been a member of the Marine Corps Reserves since 2019 as an FA/18 mechanic. I recently served a year of active duty in Japan before joining the Holtz team. I have lived all over the DFW area during the past 10 years and have a passion for helping members of my community. I am highly knowledgeable regarding insurance products and go above and beyond to take care of State Farm customers.

Ronnie has been with our team since December 2019. He was born and raised here in Texas. Ronnie is a ‘forever student,’ always eager to increase his academic foundation in insurance and finance through continued coursework and professional development. Catch Ronnie in church, golfing or camping; as he’s extremely family/friend oriented.

I was born in Washington and raised in Oregon. Got to experience both states. I decided to move to Texas in October 2022 with my girlfriend and our beautiful German Shepherd to seek bigger opportunities. I've been working for this great team and serving State Farm customers since 2019. I also speak Spanish.
